Suzanne and Kim are on a detox diet. Dairy is one of the food group that's gone for the next two weeks. Suzanne has been trying to make herself a "café au lait" with soya milk this morning, but in her words it just taste like clay. Next she tried an expresso with a tiny tear of soya milk, to no avail. She's now decided to go coffee free.

On the other side, Kim is sick with a mini-flu right now. What a time to start a detox diet. But the stakes are high and they can't back down. Let's just see how it goes. To help Suzanne we won't have any red meat and I will not drink wine for the next two weeks.

Sabrina had a genetic default on her two bottom adult teeth, two brown spots that made it look as if her teeth were always dirty. This is what it looked like, before going to the dentist...

Here's what it looks like after coming from the dentist...

So much prettier. It was the first time Sabrina was ever frozen. She thought the experience was interesting.

Now Mathieu too had a big brown spot in his mouth...

Sabrina's changes to her teeth brings me back to a video I absolutely love which brings a smile and a tear every time I watch it. Please note that in no way I equate Sabrina's tooth fix with the great work the people from Operation Smile do.

Really this is just amazing.
