Hard wake up this morning, with a headache. I had to check AWS because it was charging me. The reason is, you cannot have an elastic IP address that you're not using, and since my instance was stopped...

Pascal was sick and we had to get out of the chalet. So the gang minus Pascal went to Magog for some good skating. Mathieu didn't feel like it but got to play in the play park over there.

We decided to go explore the area after lunch. First we went to Ste-Catherine de Hatley but there was nothing there, really, except perhaps for an intriguing restaurant we could not go to.

Next we went to the beautiful North Hatley where Suzanne and I had our first date, and where we shared our first most expensive meal at the defunct Auberge Hatley with both Kim and Pascal. A meal we'll always remember.

While Kim and her kids went back to the cottage, our little family went to Lennoxville to show the kids our university and where we used to live. I tried to buy some chicken wings at the Lion's but was an hour early... Ah well.

Finally we came back home for a good supper and some good wine:

All in all a nice evening. Everyone went to bed early that night so Sue and I spent some quality time together. It's fun to be in a group. It's also fun to be by ourselves.
