I received a linkedIn message from Patrice, Sabrina's teacher's brother. I liked Patrice he was a good guy. It's interesting how he and his brother are so alike.

Today is a normal Saturday. Pool, play, cleaning. I played in our tree in front taking out the dreaded mushrooms, like every other year. I actually had to climb in the tree to get them. We had about 6-7 mushrooms to take out this year.

The mushroom is called black knot fungus. We take it out every year.

Today Mathieu you were in heaven. Tristan (our neighbour's boy) played a lot with you this afternoon and I think you loved it. You're someone who would be outside every hour of every day if you had someone nice to play with.

The wine of the evening is a Chateau Lafitte Tramier 2003. It's an unpretentious wine, weak, a faint mushroom flavour with a bit of chocolate, short in mouth, low in acid, low in tannins. It's like that person who's always at the dance but nobody knows who he is. I will unfortunately not buy another one.

So after I put the kids to bed, Sue and I spent some quality time together. Once she went to bed I went down and played a bit with my blog. I actually made martin.giroux.com point to it. Finally, I crashed at 1:00am.
