Thursday are pretty heavy for me. This day began like another. Emily comes in, we bring Sabrina to school, we come back and I clean while the kids play, then I bring them to pre-K (same school, really). I work until noon, go get Mathieu and bring him to the Baobab.
Except that I had a call from Mathieu's teacher that he was sick suddenly. I flew to school to pick him up. He silently cried in the car, so I figured that something had happened. My first thought was that he had been punished for something, but Mrs Helen told me that no, everything was ok.
So I started talking to him and I was able to extract that he had been hurt by a kid for the third time. I called the school to make sure things were going to get fixed.
I decided to keep Mathieu with me instead of sending him to the Baobab.
