Every day I take Sabrina to and from school. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I also take Mathieu to and from school. I usually help with a far away neighbour whose daughter is in Mathieu's class and bring her too. Today I had the Mercedes and it's got a mini computer on board that calculates tons of stuff, one of them being your daily mileage and gas intake.

What this says basically is that I drive 43 kilometres every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, spending 1:32 hours in the car. There's more for dropping and picking up the kids, of course. At 13.7 L/100km, I take about 5.891 litters of gas on those days. The numbers are half on Monday and Thursday and Friday tends to be more complicated because of karate and swimming. With this though I'll be able to remember all the travelling I've ever done.

I'm most probably having supper with Max next Tuesday night (if it fits with Suzanne schedule). I'm really looking forward to seeing him, it's been a while and I love him so much.

This is a toy Mathieu got in his Kinder Surprise egg he got for Valentine's day. Suzanne tried to put it together but couldn't; Sabrina tried to put it together but couldn't; I didn't even try. Mathieu managed to do it:

This is the scene you'll see here every week night at 5:00pm exactly. As I cook supper, Sabrina is doing her homework and Mathieu is playing.

Tonight however we had a casualty...

Her first paper cut. And it hurts poor girl. There were no crying though.

Here are the words she had to learn in English: did, cut, twin, whale, wheel, white, whisper, what, when, whenever.

Here are the three questions she wrote (due tomorrow):

  1. What did the white whale whisper to his twin?
  2. When will you cut for hair that looks like a wheel?
  3. Should I play whenever I want to?

The trick here is that she was supposed to write three questions each using one of the word in the list. It's become her game to use all the words in the list. She tries to do the same thing in French. She's pretty cool.

And finally here is what OneHappyKid is starting to look like. It's really cool being more then one involved in a project (and everyone participating and believing in it) as it drives work. We're getting there.

The logic is starting to work well, and we're starting to cleanup the page. The icons are made by Julie and they all look good. Wait 'till you see the rest.
