Why do kids wake up early on weekends, but are sometimes hard to wake on school days? This question has never been answered. Google should offer an X-prize on this one.
We're in the holiday spirit.
Today was the kid's last swimming course. Their normal instructors were not there, instead, Mathieu had a kid/guy that seem really fun, as opposed to the ever serious Juliette. Coming out of it he told Suzanne (for once) that he would like to continue swimming.
They had a great time on their last day. A bit of work, but lot's of play. It's a pretty demanding course because it's geared towards professional swimmers. Cost more then the normal ones, but the kids are always in the water and there's only five kids per instructor. Really worth it.

Note that the rechargeable battery on my camera is dead, therefore I take pictures with my camera. Hence the picture's lower quality.
After the pool we went to have brunch at Tutti Frutti. It was our first time there. We chose that restaurant for two reasons: First the kids saw an ad on TV once and have been signing the "Tutti Frutti, breakfast and lunch" catch song ever since; second we had a coupon in the coupon book we bought for one of the school's countless money drive. It was a good hit. Clean restaurant, peanut allergy conscious, great food,
Excellent restaurant for breakfast. Remember the name: Tutti Frutti.
The rest of the day involved some cleaning, I went to the library to get some books for the kids. Suzanne made a great chicken and rice mash. After supper the kids had their hair washed. In bed and sleeping by 8:00. Suzanne and I spent some quality together and then watch: Steve Jobs, one last thing on CBC.
