This morning Mathieu and I spent a few hours at the kid's school helping them sell popcorn to make money for two amazing activities Sabrina's class is doing this year.

I've been working semi-furiously on OneHappyKid.com and it's getting there as fast as working 20 hours a week can get me there. Everyday seems closer and closer to a working beta. What I want to do with this is to build a lean company. Here's my usual work area. I need it to be zen (i.e. clean) or it's impossible for me to work.

I strongly believe that it's possible to build a major company using a few computers, desks and Internet with strong dedicated people willing to work from home. Right now we are two working on this particular project, and I have a few other ones in the incubator. That's where my book of the week comes in:

A really good book.

Suzanne arrives from FermeNeuve around 5:30pm. The kids watch a movie while we eat. Sue goes to bed soon after, exhausted. I fall asleep with the kids while putting them to sleep.
