What a hard night

Mathieu and I have been sick for the past few days, him more then I. Hopefully the car doesn't smell too much this morning. It was a hard night though. Mathieu had a cough fit and fever; Sabrina had problems sleeping by herself; at one point Suzanne smelled fire outside. I investigated for a good 15 minutes but never found the source.

I am tired.

I'm keeping Mathieu in this morning, just to make sure he's ok. I have a rule of thumb: If a kid is sick during the night, I keep him from school the next day even if he looks better. We tend to exhaust ourselves so quickly that we never really heal.
