Suzanne came home at a reasonable hours. I made an excellent, restaurant worthy (Sue's words) tuna cooked 3 minutes on each side, filled with lemon juice and Montreal steak spices. I made a very simple yet amazing sauce made of one half soya sauce, one half taco sauce, a few drops of lemon juice and a couple of jalapeƱo peppers to spice the deal up. I made sole fish sticks for the kids with a ketchup/mustard sauce. They hard raw broccoli. I also made a small portion of broccoli noodles to complete the plate. Very good.
Very tired, I went to bed around 21:00.
