The end of the month is coming fast. Today will involve a lot of cleaning, a trip to the pool and a good gourmet supper. We got up late, 7:00am, and the girls are still sleeping. We have a very uneventful morning. It's interesting though to see that Sabrina is becoming really good at her swimming lessons and Mathieu actually enjoyed his session. He was even able to put his head under water enough to open his eyes and see!

After lunch we went for a good walk in the woods, and then it was time for the kids to take a shower and wash their hair.

I took this photo with my iPhone 3GS. Now the really cool thing about living in the Apple ecosystem is that when I take a picture with my iPhone, they are automatically loaded on ALL my computers and my iPad, a few seconds after the picture is taken, anywhere in the world where there's an Internet connection. If I take pictures with my camera and download them on my computer, all other computers, the iPhone and the iPad are automatically updated with the new pictures. This is a very nice feature.

Tonight, Chinese Food by Suzanne. Simply excellent, I'm unfortunately full. Now is time to bring the kids to bed. Hopefully, I won't fall asleep with them as I have a new Fringe show to watch.

By the way it was Tintin and the Secret of the Unicorn's opening in Belgium today. It looks like such a great movie. Check out the trailer: Tintin and the secret of the unicorn.

I get to work a bit tonight, but being really tired I don't find myself to be really productive.

Hey, it's the last day of the week. I like Fridays with Mathieu. After dropping Sabrina we went to the Sun together for a little breakfast. I worked on a task list for OneHappyKid on my iPad. Once done we got a few things at IGA and now's the time to start cleaning.

It's been a slow day, playing with Mathieu and working a bit, figuring out how to send content to OneHappyKid's AWS AMI. It's up and testable, and will change with time. It was still lots of work to figure out how to send the data up. It will soon be time to get Sabrina from school.

I've posted the family picture on FB. I think it's really worth it.

We had a simple evening with the kids watching their Friday night movie and Sue and I chatting. We ended up watching the movie together. Mathieu and Sabrina do not watch much TV, very little in fact, perhaps an hour a week if that. But they have one movie a week when they eat popcorn. It's a tradition now.

We all went to bed early that night. I was a bit tired

Up at 5am this morning. Went through my emails, read news, ate. This is a full work day for me and I'm looking forward to it. I've been thinking about what I was going to do since about 4:00am.

All the lunches are ready, I'm showered and the kids are almost ready for school except: Sabrina has a little homework she kinda forgot to tell me about so we're scrambling here to get it done. Mathieu is drawing while she's working. Ah that last minute homework can drive me nuts.

That's why I've now built the site: Longueuil St-Mary's 12D 2011 Homework. It's time to get really organized.

The kids are really alive this morning, sliding down the steps and running all over the place,

I was able to create a skeleton page for OneHappyKid.com, reserver OneVeryHappyGuy.com and OneVeryHappyGirl.com, and create a local AMI Lamp VM for testing purposes. Next will be an AWS AMI to work on the Web and have others test it. It's coming.

Now I need to go get the kids. We had a very simple dinner, homework, and sleep. The kids did play some Lego Indiana Jones 2 together. I love how they work together to solve puzzles and all, it's a beautiful complicity.

Suzanne was out to an event (at the Porsche dealership). Once the kids were sleeping I worked until about 21:30 when she arrived. We spent time together, she went upstairs and I continued working on OneHappyKid. I stopped around midnight.
